TripDossier was founded by Dr. Alireza Goodarzi, PharmD, to help pharmacies and healthcare providers turn a travel health consultation into a complete, professional document set in minutes — tailored to each traveler.

Every report is generated by the TripDossier API, our engine built from CDC travel health guidance and reviewed by practising Canadian pharmacists during development. A report includes a plain-language traveler copy, a clinical pharmacist copy with judgment flags, a proof of vaccination record, and — when recommended vaccines are eligible for pharmacist prescribing — a prescription page.
